8:30am to 5:30pm, (review sessions 6:30pm to 9:00pm)

OUPV $795.00 (inc Towing) , Masters $325.00 (Inland or Near Coastal)
Towing $135.00 (No charge with tuition)
Sail $135.00 (No charge with tuition)
Renewal Refresher $135.00
Other costs apply (TWIC, CG application fees, etc)

To complete the license you need:

• TWIC card  
• Completed application including three letters of recommendation 
• Sea service forms (with 90 days of  sea service within the last 3 years)
  
• Sign an oath (US CG form) 
• Pay the Coast Guard (postal money order or, pay.gov) an application fee of $100 & an issuance fee of $45.00
• Certificate(s) of Completion from this class
