To complete the license you still need:

  • TWIC card  
  • completed application including three letters of recommendation 
  • letters
  • sea service forms 
  • sign an oath (US CG form) 
  • pay the Coast Guard (postal money order or, pay.gov) -application fee $100   issuance fee $50
  • the Certificate of Completion from this class
